I know it sounds impossible but it is not… Diabetic patients can too live a healthy lifestyle without the fear of fast decline age-wise…

There are many people who follow a strict routine to keep them healthy but still they end up in hospitals.. There is a big reason behind it.. That’s ANXIETY….
its Anxiety or fear which makes them to overdo or over-follow their strict routine and finally they end up where they fear to be…
There are certain methods through which we can live a healthy lifestyle without being ended up in hospitals..

1) START YOUR DAY WITH PEACEFUL MIND

A person should always start their day with a peaceful mind because if the day starts without anxiety, it also ends well…
For that MEDITATION AND YOGA is the best routine a person can follow… Give half an hour to yourself so that you remain calm for whole day.. One can follow certain asanas like ANULOM-VILOM, BHRAMRI, etc…

2)DIET MEANS HEALTHY FOOD AND NOT SKIPPING FOOD.

 

 

This is a big myth that people believe in that dieting means, skipping food, but actually its not…
Healthy diet actually means maintaining normal eating habits without skipping anything but to change the harmful food into a healthy one.
One can change their eating habits by allowing more green leafy vegetables in their diet so that they feel full before the main meal.. By this method they tend to eat less..
One can also avoid potatoes and rice by exchanging them with sweet potato and brown rice and quantity plays a very important role.. Everything should be eaten in an adequate quantity causes no harm.. One can eat what they like once in a week, that causes no harm but the rest of the week should relly on healthy food.
This hardwork pays off..

3)MEDICINES ARE NECESSARY

If people think that its fine just with healthy eating then let me tell you its not.. Food and medicine work side by side. But not overeating the medicines prescribed is necessary..
Follow the schedule as prescribed and not overdo it according to your cheat meals is important…

4)KEEP CALM AND SMILE IT OUT

Yes, its true that smile is the biggest remedy. If you are in stress and you just smile and keep yourself calm. Thats the biggest remedy or medicine or favour that you can do for you.. So always smile.

5)TRUST GOD

This is not a medication but a solution to all the problems.. Always trust God in whatever you do. That’s the biggest relief of life..
